I started my career with a 3-month internship where I learned the basics of sourcing, screening, job postings, interview coordination, and end-to-end support for Non- IT profiles. During this time, I understood how to manage job postings, communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, and support the hiring process from start to finish. Currently, I am working as a US Technical Recruiter at Aptino Inc, where I am gaining real-time exposure to the US staffing industry. My role includes sourcing IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed, conducting initial screening calls, checking visa types, evaluating skillsets, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring cycle. I also work with US visa categories (USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099). I actively use Boolean search, ATS tools, and Microsoft Teams for interviews.
