Lead the team of SW connectivity Engineers through the full development life-cycle per ASPICE process. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for developing Android applications for Vehicle connectivity and infotainment domains. • Playing a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Systems requirements team and Development teams to bring new engineering concepts and products to production. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, design, implement and integrate customer requirements. • Steer cross-functional teams to plan and deliver software release schedule based on requirements and configuration management. • Manage Software requirements, deliverables, and timings for the Change Requests raised by the customer. • Provide the budget and cost analysis based on the Change Requests raised by the customer. • Review quality related issues and provides initial approval of recommended improvements. • Investigate and implement solutions on major or non-routine customer field complaints. • Conduct issue tracking and progress tracking meetings with the supplier teams and the in house SW development team. • Assess the overall health of the product on a periodic basis and take key decisions to navigate through risks and issues and propel cross functional teams forward. • Capture and Analyze Bus Logs, Debug and provide root cause analysis on issues to the customer and the design center. • Provide regular status updates to cross-functional teams for project planning, tracking and oversight.
