SAM FINE O CHEM LIMITED - To carry out safety induction for workers and visitors in site. To enhance safety awareness in employee, contract workmen through safety promotion activities like safety day celebration, fire service day, safety sign, safety poster external and internal safety training program etc. To conduct mock drill, fire drill and plant safety inspection To conduct internal ISO audit and fulfill the requirement of OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008. To coordinate for compliance report of legal requirement, pre-employment medical checkup of the employee. To give safe work permit for hazardous work To conduct safety committee meeting and prepared MOM of safety committee meeting. To coordinate and responsibility for procurement of PPE, installation and preventive maintenance of emergency equipment. Responsibility of environment monitoring and Arrange the chemical store-MSDS Ensuring that PPE is adequate, maintained and appropriate for use by the employees with respect to the specific job hazards. RELIANCE JAMNAGAR - Conducting trainings on General Safety & Basic Fire Fighting, House keeping, material handling, On-Site Mock drills, other special topics demanded by industries. Organizing various seminars, National Safety Week, World Environment Day, Fire Service day, etc time to time. To conduct mock drill and fire drill. To give safe work permit for hazardous work. To check firefighting equipment and time to time maintenance To check all welding machine, scaffolding, crane, hydra, power tools, lifting tools, gas cutting machine, PPEs etc. Time to Time and sign the check list. To give daily morning tool box talk to the workers To check Housekeeping, proper access, barication, ladder, lighting, etc.
