At Squadra Media, I lead business development across IT and marketing services. I set up and manage streamlined sales and client onboarding processes, oversee a team of executives, and optimize cash flow through structured deal cycles and proposal strategies. I play a key role in driving new business, improving operational workflows, and aligning cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery across Emirates, Europe and Southeast Asia.In addition, I spearhead the go-to-market strategy for LYNK, our in-house Learning Management System (LMS). I handle end-to-end sales efforts from demos to closing, targeting institutions and enterprise clients, and positioning LYNK as a flexible, white-labeled LMS solution for modern learning needs.
