My role spans across: • Monthly and quarterly monitoring of portfolio and asset performance. • Credit assessments and support in underwriting processes to maintain strong portfolio quality and effective risk management. • Quarterly financial analysis for clients, including interpreting key financial metrics and trends. • Obligor-level analysis to evaluate creditworthiness and exposure risks. • Reviewing and understanding credit and legal agreements, ensuring structural and contractual compliance. • Performing advance rate and borrowing base calculations. • Covenant monitoring to identify potential breaches and risk triggers. • Comprehending and supporting the preparation of credit memos, contributing to credit decision-making. • Handling Basel-related quarterly activities to ensure regulatory alignment and risk-weighted asset accuracy.Overall, my work contributes directly to maintaining robust credit structures, ensuring disciplined risk management, and supporting the seamless functioning of ABS transactions.Previously worked as a Valuation Intern, where I assisted in analyzing real estate market, performing DCF and comparable company valuations, and supporting the preparation of valuation reports across various commercial and residential assets.
