   Currently, building @ CRED with all the Procurement engagements, contributing towards attaining and achieving a strong bottom line for the organization along with managing the team and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced challenging startup environment. •Heading entire procurement for the organization, including verticals such as Operations, Facilities, IT, HR, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Store, and Corporate. Responsible for budgeting, cost reduction initiatives, process efficiency, analytics, people management, contract management, and introduction of procurement systems and e-sourcing transition. •Operations procurement includes Opex-Capex procurement, Facilities management, Valet services, Security services & technology, Employee health & safety, AMCs, Equipment, Assets, Consumables (Pantry, housekeeping, stationary), and Gift merchandise. •Oversee IT procurement which includes Hardware, Software, Accessories, Gadgets, Manpower, Internet Lease Lines, Audio-Video, Servers, Networks, and Renewals. •Work closely with CXOs and Departmental Heads to ensure smooth operations, discuss progress on strategic initiatives, track spending against budget, and monitor SLAs and ideation for process improvement. •Single-handedly formed and streamlined the entire procurement process from scratch thereby playing an important role in bringing transparency and efficiency to the organization. •By implementing appropriate strategies, binding to contracts, and with effective negotiations achieved a savings of 15% on the overall spending of Rs. 89 Cr. for the year 20••••22. •With having a good database of vendors, introducing more potential vendors thereby reducing the risk of vendor dependency. Also, implementing 80-20 or ABC analysis for volume economies. •Develop and implement people strategies, including effective performance management, to ensure talent pipeline and succession management.
