About Harsha Sharma
I am a person who believes that life in itself is an adventure and should be lived to the fullest without ANY REGRETS. This philosophy has helped me take my career across industries. It pushed me out of my comfort zone. Helped me experience and learn something new. Now I feel comfortable in dealing with ambiguity. I started my career at 18 with The Taj where I learnt the art of creating customer delight and the value of a happy customer. My stint with SportsPasta, a startup, helped me develop my ability to deal with ambiguity. The ever changing fast paced environment of the startup shaped my ability to manage the unknown. PVR cinemas taught me the importance of running operations like clockwork. Managing more than three thousand transactions per day helped me understand the complexities of managing volume in a business. My quest for the unknown took me on 6600 km drive along the Golden Quadrilateral. I came back a wiser person.
