I’m Harsha Ningaiah, a Mechanical Engineering graduate with over 16 years of experience in automotive BIW, aerospace tooling, and project management. My career has spanned global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers where I’ve led the design and execution of complex welding fixtures, secondary structures, and manufacturing tools across platforms like Daimler, JLR, Airbus, Volvo and other major car manufacturers. Currently working as a Project Manager at SACHA Engineering (part of HLS Group, Germany), I specialize in end-to-end design execution, cross-functional team leadership, and delivering cost-effective, high-quality tooling solutions. I have successfully handled teams of up to 80 members and worked onsite in Germany and China collaborating with international stakeholders to meet demanding timelines and quality benchmarks.
