ABOUT HARSHA NARAKATLA

With over 4 years of experience in aeronautical technical documentation and customer support for Airbus operators, I bring a solid foundation in both technical accuracy and client-focused service. At Sonovision Ortec Group, I worked for SA (A320 family), XWB (A350) and Mega Body (A380) programs to develop/revise critical documents such as the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Troubleshooting Manual (TSM), and System Description (SD), ensuring alignment with actual aircraft configurations. My role also involved supporting global Airbus operators through the Tech Request (TR) tool, offering responsive and effective solutions to frontline maintenance teams worldwide. Currently, I am advancing my expertise through an Advanced Master\'s in Aeronautical Maintenance and Support Engineering & Management at ISAE-SUPAERO. Alongside my studies, I am interning at ATR (Part-147 approved organization), where I contribute to optimizing maintenance training operations. My work involves process mapping, continuous improvement through Lean methodology, and developing a centralized SharePoint platform to streamline information access and collaboration across key stakeholders. My experience working with international stakeholders has not only sharpened my technical expertise but also deepened my ability to adapt and communicate in high-stakes environments. Let’s connect if you’re passionate about aerospace, aircraft maintenance, or aviation innovation. I’m open to collaboration, knowledge sharing, and future opportunities in this dynamic sector.
