Design and implement overall recruitment strategy. Collaborate with Clients and Hiring manager to understand the specific requirements and skill sets for lateral IT positions. Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies in the IT industry. Source and identify potential candidates using various channels,including job boards, professional networking platforms, industry events, and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates\' technical expertise. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates\' technical skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership potential, and communication skills. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
