Engaged 1,200+ partners, achieving break even within 3 months of each event & driving a 60% increase in GMV & a 150% rise in customer acquisition Developed a comprehensive playbook & plug- & -play toolkits for a business unit pivot within just 4 days of ideation, reducing onboarding time by 60% & enhancing operational flow.
