Delivered regional education on ctDNA/ctRNA to clinicians and field teams across Asia, including a webinar for 85 oncologists in India and a presentation to 15 oncologists in Hong Kong that led to a new order within 24 hours.• Led scientific training efforts for 9 diagnostic products and 4 product launches, delivering 45+ sessions for sales teams (US, Singapore, Hong Kong), distributors, and clinicians; built a centralized knowledge hub and a competitive grid of 168 oncology tests to support commercial adoption.• Advised pharma partner Menarini Stemline on cohort refinement after low ESR1 detection in initial cases; identified predictive clinical variables using internal liquid biopsy data, increasing ESR1 mutation detection rates from 16% to ~29%.• Created a clinician-facing QC education resource based on analysis of tissue samples, clarifying test reliability and supporting the commercial team in reducing test drop-off rates due to misinterpreted quality alerts.• Drove two academic collaborations by analyzing internal data on breast and CNS-metastatic lung cancers; quantified prevalence of ESR1, PIK3CA, EGFR, and CDKN2A mutations in tissue and CSF samples to support investigator-led studies.
