Led Corporate Actions Automation project from scratch, enabling corporate actions to be automatically applied on ETF baskets. Designed end-toend business requirements covering automation logic, exception handling, alerts, and reconciliation, significantly reduced manual intervention and operational risk by ~40%- Played a key role in T0 Orders Settlement initiative, an industry-wide implementation mandated by NSCC/DTCC, when NSCC decided to support T0 and T+1 ETF order settlement. Owned the engagement end-to-end, from requirement gathering and stakeholder discussions to solution design, implementation support, and delivery- Single-handedly contributed in obtaining a solution for deriving share class funds from multi-class funds, which had a significant contribution in Base Index building. The project involved complex calculations, and my solution was able to automate the process.
