I currently serve as a Solutions Architect within Digital Workplace Practice, where I enable global enterprises to build secure, scalable Hybrid Workplace ecosystems across cloud voice, collaboration platforms, and digital workplace services.Over the years, I have evolved from a hands-on Cisco Voice specialist to a strategic solution leader driving revenue growth across Net New and Existing accounts, owning RFP/RFI/RFQ cycles, cost modelling, solution architecture, and executive-level client engagement. I work closely with sales, finance, procurement, delivery, and COE teams to translate business challenges into differentiated, scalable technology offerings.My experience spans Microsoft Teams, Cisco, Zoom, Google Workspace, Azure, automation platforms, monitoring frameworks, and AI-powered collaboration ecosystems.
