Responsible for recruiting allied healthcare professionals (RNs, LVNs, MAs, CNA, CSTs, SPTs, RTs, etc.) for Inpatient & Outpatient Hospitals, Outpatient Clinics, Derma, LA County, Rehabilitation and Correctional Facilities in the U.S, mainly in Southern & Northern California. • Job posting & sourcing resumes through different job boards (Monster, CareerBuilder, Facebook, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter and JobDiva).• Proficient in using different types of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Fieldglass, StaffersLink, JobDiva, BullHorn, Shiftwise and PeopleFluent).• Collaborating with the account managers for all assigned requisitions -(Travel, Perdiem and Permanent Openings).• Collaborating with the team and come up with action plans to get more recruits.• Counseling our contractors (if necessary) so they would be aware of their performance with our clients.
