ABOUT HARSH SHAH
I am a recent Computer Systems Technology graduate from Seneca Polytechnic with hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, networking and infrastructure automation. My skill set includes configuring Cisco and Aruba switches, deploying and managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and automating system configurations using Ansible. During my internship as an IT Technician, I performed hardware diagnostics, system setups and OS installations across various environments. I am well-versed in both Linux and Windows systems, have experience working in cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, RedHat) and enjoy solving technical issues efficiently with a calm, customer-focused mindset. I’m constantly learning, experimenting with emerging technologies, and looking for real-world challenges to grow further in the IT infrastructure space.
