I perform Calibration and required inspections of Engine and It\'s major parts.Also as a certified ASNT NDT Level II in Visual testing, MPI and PT, I also act such activities for inspecting Quality of parts, i.e Visual test, MPI and DP (PT). These activities are performed on major parts as below : 1. Ovality Measurement, Hardness test, Trueness test, Deflection test and MPI/DP of Crankshaft as per Engine manual.2. Ovality Measurement, MPI/DP on Connecting rod as per Engine manual.3. Ovality Measurement and visual inspection of Cyl.Liner as per Engine manual.4. Piston grooves Measurement and visual inspection of Piston as per Engine manual.5. Visual inspection, MPI/DP and Pressure test of Cyl.Head as per Engine manual.6. Ovality test and MPI/DP of Cyl.Block as per Engine manual.
