Currently leading AI integration efforts at AISensy, with the objective of transforming the platform into a fully AI-powered solution for businesses. Utilizing LangGraph and LangChain to design and orchestrate dynamic workflows and agent-based system interactions. Successfully developed an end-to-end image morphing chatbot leveraging open-source models, capable of performing head swaps, face swaps, and color-matched masking with high accuracy. Actively involved in advanced R&D projects including Corrective-Retrieval-Augmented Generation (CRAG), Graph RAG, multi-agent systems, and Model Context Protocol, aimed at enhancing platform intelligence and automation capabilities. Spearheading the development of a highly intuitive customer support chatbot that delivers human-like conversational experiences. Additionally, automating Chatbuilder flows to enable users to generate structured chat workflows by simply providing a prompt—significantly reducing manual effort and time to deployment. Currently working on model finetuning using AISensy\'s proprietary web data corpus, with the goal of improving domain-specific contextual understanding and elevating overall model performance across various AI-driven features.
