ABOUT HARSH N.

Harsh Naik is a business professional with 15 years of experience in IT consulting, Agile transformation (SAFe), Project(PMP) and Program management. Throughout his career, Harsh has experienced leadership across cross-functional team environments as a Lead Scrum Master/Program/Project manager and is a strong believer of servant leadership where his personal leadership style is situational. With an experience of handling clients in various geographies such as North America, Kuwait, India and Kenya, Harsh believes to have learnt from the diversity in clients as a citizen of global economy. It’s his ability to foster strong relationships across the team as well as clients which enables him to achieve efficient deliveries and business opportunities.In his 15 years as a consultant, Harsh has worked with various industries such as Finance, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, Chemical and Food. Harsh has mentored/coached multiple consultants and believes in sharing his knowledge to improve the intellectual earning of a company. He has carried various training sessions at manufacturing sites across the nation and has experience presenting to prospective business clients for new opportunities.Academically, Harsh completed his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in International Business. During his time at Thunderbird, he had a keen interest in Global Strategy, Project management and Leadership. As a student, he learnt about the competitive forces that shape the competitive environment in an industry and how good leadership practices helps a company to sustain its competitive advantage from within the organization.
