   Responsible for digital transformation of financial services which includes reducing the loan approval and disbursement cycle, designing intuitive customer journeys and custom development for mobile and web digital retail offerings, open banking, Strategy formulation and risk assessment & setting up data and intelligence layer1. Helped leading Indian MFI/ NBFC with its digital transformation journey to undertake a complete transformation of their technology stack for loan origination and loan management system. This included study of vendor landscape and vendor assessment covering functional, technical and commercial aspects. This has reduced the time to disburse loan by 60%.2. E2E transformation of an Indian private sector bank’s Mobile and Web digital retail offerings. This includes designing intuitive customer journeys, design and custom development of the app and web. It has led to 4X increase in new customer onboarding.3. Anchoring the Digital Banking Maturity (DBM) report for Deloitte India. DBM is the largest global benchmarking exercise done by Deloitte, spanning over 40 countries and 300 banks. It uncovers leading digital trends worldwide, offering insights to banks helping them close the gap to provide a fully digital user experience4. Helping bank in MEA to set up a data and intelligence layer. Performed a business requirement analysis across all the functional units of the bank to understand their reporting requirements.5. Strategy formulation and risk identification for an African Bank. The Bank has a 3 year plan to revolutionize itself across six major pillars. Reviewed the strategy formulation process to determine the robustness of the Group Strategy and provide strategic risk assessment to the group.6. Market entry strategy for Indian fintech which was keen to explore the South Asia Market. Accessed the existing payment ecosystem, maturity of Banks/FIs, key competitors, customer base, product portfolio & future trends.
