In this role, I communicated with customers regarding credit cards and banking services of HDFC Bank. I also dealt with customers on a daily basis regarding new offers, worked on assigned leads, achieved given targets of appointments, and grew sales from the existing client base.My academic background includes pursuing an MBA in Banking and Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies since June 2021, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree. These programs have equipped me with essential knowledge and skills required for excelling in the banking and finance industry.I am a self-motivated, result-driven, and goal-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
