PepsiCo Mississauga •In line with the Country broader strategy, implement the Site Security Plan to identify, assess and mitigate risks to PepsiCo’s associates, facilities, proprietary information, and brand/reputation.•Form part of the Site Crisis Management Team, with execution of security functions as part of the Business Continuity Plans of the premises.•Ensure that the premises is compliant with the Site security plan (technological,Procedural, Manned guarding,Architectural )•Maintain strong working relationships with, and provide consultation to, local management teams.•Plan and oversee periodic security self-assessments and bi-annual security risk assessment on the premises in order to identify critical vulnerabilities and to assist in closing these risks through cost-effective, best practice security enhancements.
