ABOUT HARSH KHANNA
I learned to read data before I ever ran a campaign. That sequence analytics first, marketing second is what shapes how I think, and it\'s become increasingly rare in an industry that often separates the two.Over twelve years, I\'ve led brand and growth marketing across FMCG, D2C, health tech, and gaming building campaigns, launching brands, and scaling growth engines across some of India\'s most competitive consumer categories. I currently lead digital commerce marketing at PepsiCo\'s Global Capability Centre, working across business units and global markets. My conviction, built across every brand I\'ve worked on, is this: the best marketing makes people feel something and makes it effortless for them to act on it. Brand without performance is storytelling without consequence. Performance without brand is acquisition without equity. The marketers who get both right are the ones who build businesses, not just campaigns.That\'s the standard I\'ve held across brand launches, full-funnel P&L ownership, celebrity-led campaigns, creative rebrands, and commerce strategy at companies ranging from early-stage startups to one of the world\'s most iconic FMCG portfolios.I believe the next generation of marketing leaders will be defined not by how well they manage agencies, but by how clearly they can connect a brand idea to a business outcome. Outside work sports, fitness, cycling, and Fine Arts that keeps reminding me that the best creative is always harder than it looks.
