My role primarily involves:Designing and deploying intelligent conversational agents using LLMs (like OpenAI, Groq) integrated with LangChain for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).Building modular multi-agent frameworks using LangGraph to manage complex tool-calling workflows for EMI collection, loan support, and multilingual communication.Fine-tuning embeddings, prompt chains, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone) to ensure contextual, real-time responses from structured customer data (PDFs, Excel, Docx).Integrating TTS and STT (text-to-speech/speech-to-text) pipelines with FastAPI for seamless audio interactions and call-handling logic.Transitioning from traditional state machines to dynamic LLM-based supervisor architectures for improved scalability and natural flow.
