I am part of the Corporate Practice Group at Trilegal. My primary practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, private equity and structured investments. I advise foreign investors and domestic companies on acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, entry and exit strategies, corporate restructurings and general corporate compliance. I have worked on several high-profile mergers and acquisitions across various sectors involving control deals and minority investments, in both, public and private companies. I have also advised on contentious situations, exits and strategic litigations, which gives me a unique perspective on structuring and documenting transactions.I have also advised the boards and senior management of listed companies on corporate governance and complex regulatory matters.
