I am a practicing Advocate, enrolled with the Bar Council, and a Qualified Company Secretary (CS) holding the status of a Licentiate Company Secretary (LCS). I completed my law degree from Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur – Class of 2020, and cleared the CS Professional examination in 2021.Since February 2022, I have been associated with Pransh Law Offices, Raipur, where I handle matters involving commercial litigation, arbitration, and insolvency proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). I regularly appear before courts in Durg, Raipur, and Bilaspur, including the High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur, as well as before tribunals and regulatory forums.In July 2023, I established an office in Bhilai, in association with Pransh Law Offices, to provide legal services to clients across the region.
