ABOUT HARSH GOYAL

Bringing over eight years of vibrant experience in management consulting and digital strategy to the table, I\'m currently enjoying my role as Director of Advisory at Pattern®, a forward-thinking global company that\'s all about innovating and growing digital businesses. What really gets me going is the chance to turn data into gold – building businesses and leading teams to monetize data, creating real value for companies.In my day-to-day, I dive into digital operations, organizational planning, and process improvement. It\'s all about solving complex challenges in a variety of industries. I get to work alongside a brilliant team of consultants, designers, engineers, and entrepreneurs. Together, we develop and launch digital products and services that aren\'t just innovative, but also drive genuine growth and value for our clients and their customers.Before landing at Pattern®, I was cutting my teeth as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. There, I led several high-impact digital transformation projects for some big-name Fortune 500 companies. That experience really sharpened my leadership skills, especially when it came to guiding teams in building powerful data-driven businesses. I\'ve got a toolbox full of skills – from social networking to data analysis, agile methodology, and customer-centric design – all of which help me deliver top-notch results and often exceed what\'s expected.I\'m super passionate about using digital tech to make a positive difference in the business world and beyond. For me, it\'s not just about the work. I\'m all about learning new things, working collaboratively, and embracing diversity and inclusion.
