Active member of sales order operations team (revenue)• Processing SOs (New, Renewal, Upsell, MSSP Upsell, MSSP Renewal) in NetSuite• Matching the SOs created in NetSuite with Salesforce opportunity details.Verify the NetSuite SO with customer PO details - check SOs for accuracy like PO number, Item/SKU, QTY, total amount, Reseller/Distributor/End User details, Contract Start Date and Contract End Date, checking billing and shipping addresses, taxes etc. Ensure each sales order has all supporting document associated with it like PO, order confirmation, Onboarding email etc- For all New orders changed the contract start date as per customer provisioning onboarding email date- For Renewal orders checked all previous Closed Won opportunities in Salesforce to ensure Renewal Order contract start date is in line with previous order end date- For all scheduled billing orders created new billing in NetSuite and attached billings schedule to SOs. Ensured current and future billing details for that order is correct as per billing frequency details from SFDC• Once the sales orders are reviewed for accuracy, approved & fulfilled the orders in NetSuite. After order fulfilment, generated invoices and sent those to customer• Followed up with customers regarding billing or payment inquires• Generated Return Authorization/credit memos as per the requitement in NetSuite. Created sales orders in NetSuite manually when needed.• Performed customer payment applications in NetSuite• Resolving SNOW tickets - Here customer is raising the ticket regarding there invoice and we are taking care of them to give them a proper solutions regarding there invoices • Worked on tight month end close schedules• Worked collaboratively with Sales Ops team to ensure SFDC opportunity details are syncing correctly to NetSuite. If there are any issues with SFDC closed won opportunity details worked with Sales Ops team to resolve• Worked on ad hoc projects as per requirements
