Supervise and guide a team of credentialing specialists to ensure accurate and timely onboarding. Monitor team performance, set daily goals, and ensure SLAs are met. Handle escalations and provide solutions for complex credentialing and onboarding issues. Coordinate with clients to align onboarding requirements, timelines, and documentation needs. Conduct quality checks on credentialing files before submission to clients or facilities. Onboard new vendors (background checks, drug screening, etc.) to enhance the credentialing and onboarding process. Train and support new team members on credentialing processes, tools, and compliance standards. Manage end-to-end onboarding & credentialing for healthcare staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied). Verify licenses, certifications, background checks, I-9, and conduct education & employment verifications. Schedule drug tests, physicals & handle pre-employment medical clearances. Prepare complete onboarding packets including W-4, direct deposit, and confidentiality forms. Maintain constant communication with clients and candidates for seamless onboarding. Keep candidate files up to date as per JCC norms and assist in JCC audits to ensure compliance. Support audits and ensure documentation readiness for facility deadlines.
