The Data Mining Specialist will be responsible for analyzing data, applying statistical techniques, and conducting data mining and analysis tasks.1. Data Mining:• Identify, collect, and compile relevant data from various sources such as websites, databases,and directories.• Analyze and structure the data for meaningful insights.• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the extracted datasets.2. Data Scraping:• Design and execute data scraping scripts or tools to extract specific information from websitesand other digital platforms.• Automate data scraping processes for efficiency and scalability.• Handle large volumes of data while ensuring ethical and legal compliance in scrapingactivities.3. Data Management:• Clean, format, and maintain datasets to improve usability and quality.• Store and organize extracted data systematically for easy access and analysis.• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data.4. Tools and Technologies:• Use tools and programming languages such as Python (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy), Selenium,Excel, or APIs for data extraction and automation.• Work with data visualization tools for reporting purposes (e.g, Excel, Power BI, Tableau).5. Reporting and Collaboration:• Generate detailed reports and summaries based on data findings.• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to meet specific data needs.• Present insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
