I enjoy building systems that make complex products feel simple and scalable.Currently a Backend Engineer at Kore.ai, working on enterprise Voice AI platforms and next-generation Agentic AI systems. My work focuses on designing backend services that power intelligent routing, context sharing, while resolving critical production issues for enterprise clients.Earlier, I was part of the founding engineering team at Pulse, where we built a SaaS platform integrating tools like Zendesk, Jira, HubSpot, and Salesforce. I designed APIs for ticket clustering and optimized data pipelines, reducing API burst traffic by 90% and significantly improving system scalability.I enjoy solving complex performance challenges. One of my key projects involved re-architecting data retrieval patterns and optimizing database queries and indexing strategies, which helped eliminate downtime during high-load ticket scaling. I also worked on deep performance optimization that reduced LCP from 8.13s to 0.83s by improving event loop handling, optimizing algorithms, and minimizing API payloads.I\'ve also built AI chatbots and automation workflows used by enterprise companies across BFSI and e-commerce sectors including Mahindra Finance, Decathlon, Royal Enfield, Hero, and John Deere.Tech stack: JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Redis, and distributed system design.Always excited about building product-focused systems that combine backend engineering, AI platforms, and real-world impact.
