ABOUT HARRY VIJAYAKUMAR

For over 20 years, I have been a senior-level IT executive, leading teams and projects to align technology with the organization\'s strategy and vision. I have extensive experience in strategy development and execution, contract development, vendor and partner relations, project management, IT management, and budget administration. I hold a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology and Healthcare, and I am a Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS).Since Sep 2021, I have been the Chief Information Officer at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois, a non-profit organization that provides \"whole person\" care to people and communities. In this role, I work with peer C-level leaders to understand the organization\'s needs and translate them into IT strategy and delivery. I also lead the IT team, provide the right resources, and break down barriers to achieve the goals set for each year. I am passionate about fostering and leveraging innovation to drive exceptional business results and social impact.
