Executing comprehensive investor relations programs for a variety of micro-cap to small-cap companies. Direct oversight for all of our client\'s deal and non-deal roadshows, retail investor marketing programs and financial media activities. Developed and implemented with the IR Director, CFO and CEO programs designed to expand and strengthen the Company’s shareholder base, as well as initiating a proactive strategy to cover both sell-side analysts and target appropriate buy-side firms. Promoted and maintained effective relationships with research analysts, debt investors, institutional investors and individual investors. Formulated and managed annual I.R. event calendars, including investor conferences and road shows and the annual shareholders meeting. Coordinated the quarterly earnings call process, including drafting of earnings releases, conference call scripts and management Q&A sessions. Represented shareholders\' perspectives to executives and prepared them for meetings with investors and/or analysts. Designed and updated corporate presentations. Ensured accurate maintenance of our client\'s I.R websites. Liaised with PR to enable consistent and cohesive communications among key stakeholders. Responded to investor, sell-side analyst and rating agency requests. Interpreted, compiled and published analyst forecasts as consensus. Engaged in analysis of market data, developing appropriate models and conducting research when necessary.
