I work in a team that builds and manages partnerships with a focus on innovation across WFP.Key responsbilities include-Managing a diverse portfolio of existing partners across government, private sector, and multilateral institutions. Within these areas I have a specific focus on: Nordics, UK & Ireland, tech companies, and the European Union- Securing new partnerships through lead identification, driving conversations, and building proposals for flexible, programmatic, and project funding- All of this is achieved by working collaboratively with key stakeholders from within the Innovation Accelerator, other partnerships functions across WFP, and country/regional offices across the world- Providing leadership and guidance to team members to support them in problem solving and developing their own capacities.

Since November 2022 I have been building partnerships for the UN World Food Programme Innovation Accelerator, guided by WFP\'s mission to end hunger. These partnerships span the public, private, and multilateral spheres to grow our impact and serve more people.
