Global scope: EMEA, APAC & USI joined Ogury as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to scale and elevate the global Technical organisation, with a core focus on Product & Engineering recruitment across key international markets. Key Achievements & Responsibilities:To this day I\'ve recruited 120+ hires globally, spanning across Engineering, Product, Finance, People, Legal, Marketing, and Sales. Partnered closely with C-level executives (CTO, CPO, CFO, CMO) and senior leadership to define and execute hiring strategies.Led the implementation and management of Lever (ATS), including a full compliance audit and ongoing process improvements. Own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: from headcount planning and approvals through to offer negotiation, onboarding, and internal mobility. Delivered regular recruitment reporting and analytics for quarterly and annual business reviews with the executive team. Created and manage internal talent communications, including a recruitment newsletter, referral programme updates, and open role spotlights. Partner with Finance and hiring managers on budget planning and headcount forecasting. Oversaw job board strategy and branding via platforms such as LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, Women in Tech Forum, and Ogury’s careers site. Delivered hiring manager training & interview coaching, supporting broader L&D initiatives. Mentored 2 members of the team, supporting their growth in Technical Recruitment and Talent Partnership. Organised and hosted a Women in Tech event in Paris, building awareness and engagement in the Product & Engineering space.
