About Harry D. Loyle

I am the Managing Director of Cybeck Capital Partners. Our team empowers our clients and partners to reach their business goals with management support and funding through creative lending and operating partnerships. Those who know me know how eager I am to share my knowledge of business, franchising and professional management with others. My mission is “Personal and Organizational Development through Business.” A long history of business acquisitions and turnarounds provided the initial funding for LG Management, now Cybeck Capital Partners. I acquired my first small business, a retail camera store, through a bankruptcy sale in 1974. My first exposure to franchising came in 1985 when we invested in MotoPhoto, Inc. and opened our first MotoPhoto® retail location. MotoPhoto was an excellent growth vehicle ultimately providing the opportunity to open 10 locations and acquire the franchise development rights for the New York and Philadelphia ADIs. As Area Developer, we sold and serviced 82 franchisee locations. Over the years, I have participated in more than 100 equity acquisitions, gained frontline CEO experience in leading companies from start-ups to those with over $200M in sales and guide other organizations – both private and public - as a member of their Board of Directors or Advisory Council. I proudly support the International Franchise Association (IFA) where I have served as Treasurer, Franchise Advisory Council (Franchisee Forum) Chair, Vice Chair of Technology Committee, co-founder of the Dayton Area Franchise Business Network, and was a member of the Finance Audit and Budget committee for over 15 years. In 2005, I earned the designation Certified Franchise Executive (CFE).

OPERATING PARTNERSHIPS: Our unique Operating Partnership (OP) Program is a true example of partnering to reach an entrepreneur’s goals and objectives. While we will occasionally review a company proposal independent of management, we are focused on matching an opportunity with an existing operations-oriented partner.
