ABOUT HARRY JOHNSON
I am an MPhil candidate in Global Risk and Resilience at the University of Cambridge with a strong interest in public policy, strategic foresight, and geopolitical risk analysis. My work focuses on applying mixed-methods research to understand globalised forms of systemic risks, translating technical analysis into actionable policy insights.I have experience conducting policy research, horizon scanning, and scenario planning across political, economic, and technological domains. This includes producing evidence-based policy briefings, contributing to interdisciplinary research projects, and engaging stakeholders across academic and policy environments. I am particularly interested in how foresight methodologies and data-driven analysis can inform strategic decision-making and risk assessments in government and international organisations.
