I lead technical strategy and delivery, staying hands-on for prototyping, critical fixes, and solution architecture. Reporting directly to the CTO, I translate executive vision into engineering execution, ensuring infrastructure, security, and product development align with business goals and risk appetite. Over the past three years, I’ve led the technical delivery of fintech platforms generating £30M+ in customer lending, architecting scalable systems and guiding engineering teams through execution. My role spans solution architecture, targeted code contributions, and engineering leadership, including team development, technical oversight, and strategic hiring across globally distributed teams in the UK, Costa Rica, Spain, Hungary, India, and the US.
