Ever since I can remember, I have been fascinated to learn about how things work and finding ways to make things faster, better, and more efficient. My passion for business has been fueled by my insatiable curiosity, endless energy, and desire for growth.While I have always continued to learn and become better in a technical sense (specifically related to my job functions), it wasn’t until recently that I began to be very intentional about my growth as a leader and collaborator. I am most proud of the growth I have had in the past 5-years specifically related to building relationship where trust, confidence, and transparency are the cornerstones. I have learned to connect with people in meaningful ways by focusing on adding value and investing in their journeys of growth and success, rather than a ‘what’s in it for me?’ mindset.These efforts have landed me in a very rewarding and exciting place, of which I am reminded of each and every day. Many of my peers see me as someone they trust and confide in. A source of unthrottled truth, passionate desire to lend assistance and a ‘How can I help?’ attitude. My purpose is simple: to help businesses thrive; to be a loving and caring husband, father, and friend; and to one day shoot par or better at the local golf course!
