Currently working as an on-site Site Manager on an F10 construction site within a live Tesco Extra store, delivering fire strategy improvement works. Alongside my site management duties, I also take on joint project management responsibilities, developing and adjusting the project programme to suit live working conditions and coordinating multiple subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery.The works include extensive firestopping installations such as fire bat application around service penetrations, installation of new fire dampers throughout, associated M&E adjustments, and replacement of fire doors. The project requires close coordination with the client and store management team to maintain operations safely, manage evolving requirements, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a challenging live environment.
