I am the CFO of Lloyd Enterprises Inc. responsible for the day to day Finance, HR and IT operations of Lloyd Enterprises Inc, a General Contractor specializing in site preparation as well as owning and running a gravel pit. My responsibilities include financial analysis, financial reporting, project WIP management, treasury and banking, equipment financing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and vendor management/ relations. In addition to Finance responsibilities, I am responsible for risk management and involved in safety program for the organization. I have also assisted with marketing for the organization. I lead the accounting team of 5 employees through a successful accounting ERP software change in 2016, after the previous software had been in use for over 20 years. I implemented software to automate the ticketing system at our gravel pit in 2016, eliminating a manual ticketing process. I have implemented numerous technology changes within the organization which have streamlined operations and reduced costs. I have implemented controls in our automotive shop saving over per month. I am currently a Director on the Board and also an Officer serving as the Corporate Treasurer and Secretary.
