Led the retail partner to a significant UK share growth of 5% of the total market for console between June 2022 and June 2023 - a console revenue growth of 45% based on market share. Built and landed a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the launch of several titles including Hogwarts Legacy, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and FIFA 23. Created an Influencer strategy to reach a new consumer base through TikTok and Instagram. Ran community events for product launches and engaged directly with the community through Belong eSports Arenas. Recognising the differentiated approach required for retailers that specialise in gaming, developed a Video Game Specialist strategy that defines a bespoke go-to-market plan enabling us to better target upgraders and potential dual console owners.
