BreatheFit is a 1-on-1 private training studio located in Houston, Texas, providing positive outcomes to COVID survivors and Long Haulers as well as anyone suffering from any respiratory condition, medical or otherwise. BreatheFit began as an amalgam created by a Respiratory Therapist and Personal Trainer providing personal training with a major emphasis on Performance Breathing. Our current clientele includes, high school and collegiate athletes, weekend warriors, obstacle course racers and marathon runners, and those wishing to transform their body composition (increase in lean muscle & decrease in body fat) or improve their cardio respiratory function.
