Architect & Customer Success Manager
May 2021 — Present
As Architect and Customer Success Manager at IBM, I’m working for IBM\'s Cloud & Cognitive (AI) Software division. The role is to provide expert level technical skills to drive successful customer outcomes with IBM hybrid cloud & AI offerings. As Architect, I’m responsible for use case identification, solution architecture design, MVP builds, and adoption of IBM growth offerings. The technology involves IBM Watson AI, integration, automation and Red Hat OpenShift on multi cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP and on-premises). Here is an example of my current work. As architect for an electric company, I work with IBM Data Science and AI Elite Team and Business Partner on ML project. The project creates machine learning models to build a decision engine, which can determine with 2-4-hour precision when the peak window occurs. The success rate in capturing peak hour - 2-Hour is 86% and 92% and 3-Hour is 86% and 100%. This allows the client to make smarter and faster decisions on which peak avoidance strategy to deploy, including optimizing the number of battery dispatches for highest impact events. I assisted with the foundational data fabric work: setting up data virtualization, connecting to various data sources, ingesting it in real-time, and transforming that data to appropriately run it in the model. The prediction workflow is comprised of various machine learning techniques, including timeseries forecasting, classifications, and regressions along with statistical and mathematical optimization methods. The next phase of the project in proposal is to build AI system that would autopilot the power generation - future generation of Autonomous Energy Systems.
