I am particularly excited to support the development of the BAR By(Co)Design Lab, helping organisations and communities of stakeholders who wish to positively embed cultural change or processes that are closely linked with innovation, performance and compliance initiatives. The Lab focuses on addressing challenges where people may hold differing perspectives or priorities, but nevertheless have a stake in the solution which is key to driving innovation and sustainable change.
