Gained MRICS status in November 2009 after completing the graduate rotation scheme at Colliers CRE (based in the Commercial Auctions team).In May 2011 joined the Corporate Solutions team to act on behalf of Mitchells & Butlers, Rentokil Initial, Scope and Associated British Foods in managing their portfolios (tenant rep role). Responsibilities- Implementing disposal strategies for surplus properties e.g. assignments to new tenants- Managing Landlord & Tenant Surveyors to ensure the client received the best rental deals- Regular reporting and attendance at client meetings- Assisting in pitches for new business contracts In 2015, moved to EPAM as a Senior Property Asset Manager. Principally acting on behalf of the in-house client, EPIC, in managing its portfolio of 45 properties (predominantly in the office and retail sectors). Responsibilities- Ensuring delivery of day to day property management and cost effective running of allocated sites- Identifying and implementing added value initiatives including surrenders and re-gearsJoined Cushman & Wakefield\'s Asset Services team in March 2017 and report directly to DTZ Investors. Clients include Imperial Tobacco, Allianz, Plumbing Pensions and Basildon Borough Council. Responsibilities- Day to day management of single & multi-let properties in all sectors- Ensuring service charge budgets and reconciliations are concluded in a timely manner- Working closely with client accountants and managing the outsourced credit control team- Continuous liaison and site visits with Facilities Managers and holding tenant meeting.Currently at JLL acting on behalf of Standard Life.
