Acting as Intermediate PM on a hyperscale data centre project in Sweden, directly supporting the PM and interfacing across the full project team — Safety, OFCI, Quality, Commissioning, Integration, Energy Marshall and Critical Environment.Key highlights- Safety: Conducted SPA and HRA audits, daily site walks, raised and tracked close-out of safety observations, and delivered safety moments in weekly client meetings. Also led a men\'s health charity campaign on site- OFCI: Took full ownership of the OFCI package for two months — coordinating vendor deliveries, Cx activities and technical submittals, tracking vendor performance and proactively mitigating risks- Integration: Supported the fibre, facility and security network installation scope, physical installation sequencing and working towards key contractual milestones (BU and RNI)- Quality, Energy Marshall & Commercial: Actively contributing to the FOK quality process, ESSOW guidance, and FOD management. Holding regular breakout sessions with the cost team to build commercial awareness alongside engagement with the planning team — developing a well-rounded PM function.
