ABOUT HARRY THACKER

Professional Rugby Player at Bristol Bears and Co-Founder of Sivo Wellness.Planning for life after rugby started early in my career, graduating with a first class degree in Business, Leadership and Management from Northumbria University alongside my rugby commitments. It was a challenge to complete the course whilst playing professional rugby, but it was an opportunity to develop my time management and planning skills.SiVO Wellness is my main business focus outside of rugby, a Wellness brand created by myself and Bristol Bears teammate Jake Woolmore. Transferring knowledge from elite sport recovery, we provide portable hot and cold therapy for Corporate Wellbeing, Sporting Events and Private Hire.Through the BEARS+ program I\'ve had further development opportunities, understanding how the transferable skills I’m developing in a high-performance environment can add value to different industries.Activities include:Matchday Community and Commercial Activations - Fan Q&A, Hospitality Networking and Box VisitsBears Giving Back Day - Volunteering at local charities during the busy winter period, delivering presents to children and families.Children\'s Hospice South West - Visiting families staying at Charlton House Farm.Bears Community Foundation - Supporting foundation staff with community rugby camps, Q&A\'s with young rugby players.
