Teesside Health Co is my company that specialises in workplace wellbeing. As the Founder & CEO, I leverage my decade-long experience in the health and wellbeing industry to help businesses engage in health and wellbeing using a data-backed approach. I have completed multiple courses and certifications in mental health, HR management, personal training, and coaching, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to support individuals and organisations in achieving their health and wellbeing goals.One of my proudest achievements is building the Platinum Wellbeing app, a wellbeing engagement service that uses a health and wellbeing management tool to provide insight and opportunity to businesses and employees. I have developed the Proactive Employee Assistance Program, a holistic focussed proactive tool businesses can use to protect their employees health and wellbeing as well as produce the data they need for a relevant wellbeing strategy.I am passionate about improving productivity, absence, and retention of talent through health and wellbeing strategies. I value genuine conversations and working relationships, and I am always open-minded to new possibilities. My other ventures consist of;The Mindful Recruiters Playbook: A podcast which interviews superstars from the recruitment industry about health and wellbeing in recruitment. Teesside HealthCast: A podcast that interviews health professionals from all areas about specific topics so that listeners can gain insight into what’s possible.OHTS: An official Occupational Health partner of Health Co International, providing health surveillance and referral support to organisations across the north east.
