Senior IT Business Analyst at Bupa working under EP & S (Enterprise Platforms and Systems), supporting delivery of IT projects alongside Project Managers and if applicable delivery team(s). Projects I work on are focused particularly around Infrastructure, IT and Business requirements. Projects worked on:• Delivery of inhouse Development and Testing centre in India for Bupa to remove mass dev and test workload from being outsourced to back in house• Replacement of cyber security monitoring tool with MS Defender, resulting in savings of >£1 million per year• State of the art clinical training academy - Delivery of multi million pound training facility leading the way for innovative training for all business units across Bupa for Care, Health and Dental training. • MS Teams Telephony Migration project across UK for Care homes (100+ in scope)• MS Teams Telephony Migration project across UK for clinics (16 clinics in scope) • Network modernisation program across UK Market Unit. Revolutionising the network for Bupa to provide a cloud based network service and also Local Internet Break Out on the network across all of the business units. The new network will also introduce a zero trust policy for enhanced security and LIBO will reduce any need for currently outsourced data centres for traffic and dramatically reduce costs for network traffic. It will also support Bupa\'s organisational 100% cloud goal. • Newly acquired clinics migrations. Bupa have bought a lot of clinics in multiple states of maturity and sizes. I analysed what was the current as is state for the clinic and captured the requirements on what was needed to get them to where we would want them to be. Then following through to migration and after care for the clinics.
